It is likely that the Royal Borough will be required to build in excess of 750 houses per year over the 15 year period the neighbourhood plans for all of Windsor Maidenhead and the surrounding parishes will need to provide some element of this need.
Part of the Maidenhead and Cox Green Plan is to help identify some potential sites to satisfy this demand, there is an expectation new build can be within existing towns and villages with the possibility of some not so “Green Belt” being made available where appropriate.
